Joel DeNio

CEO and Co-Founder

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Central Iowa Agriculture, LLC., Joel DeNio is responsible for the overall management of the group’s enterprise. Prior to being an owner at CIA, he worked for BASF as an Innovation Specialist & Area Manager, a Regional Sales Manager for Monsanto and a District Sales Manager for Syngenta. He also co-owned a successful construction company from 2004 – 2009. Joel is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. Degree. Joel was raised in Wright County, Iowa on a grain and livestock farm. Joel and his wife, Courtney live in Iowa Falls with their five children.
